Do you produce other numbers of QSL cards than all the
thousands ?
Yes, we do. But the price still the same as for the nearest thousands. For
example 100, 300, 500, 800 and 1.000 still cost always CZK 1.200,- or 1.200, 1.500 and
2.000 cost CZK 2.400,- etc. We calculate by this way due to the technology of our
production.
May I place more photos on the front side of QSL card ?
Yes, you can. Any number of photos is free of charge now !
May I choose an other colour than red and black on the opposite side of QSL card ?
Yes, you can. An overcharge of any other colour is + CZK 500,- /1.000 pieces.
May I use a photo or picture for the opposite side of card ?
Yes, you can. A black and white picture is free of charge, coloured photo is for + CZK
500,- / 1.000 pieces (+ an overcharge CZK 1.200,- for the print). So both side coloured
QSL card in photographic quality costs CZK 2.900,- in edition of 1.000 pieces.
May the opposite side stay white and empty without any text ?
Yes, it can but the price is still the same.
Can you print the QSL card on another paper than 250g/qm ?
Yes, we can. The most requirement is for 200 or 300 g/qm. An overcharge is for these both
cases + CZK 500,- for 1.000 pieces. Mind that the standard paper is required due to good
processing for QSL services of all the world !
Can you print a QSL card of other format than 140 x 90 mm ?
Yes, we can. The most requirement is for DIN A6. We will make this format for you without
any overcharge. Mind that the standard format is required due to good processing for QSL
services of all the world !
May I send you a postcard as a material for print ?
We take exceptions to it but you can. Just the quality of material influences over the
final print. Copying maybe excellent material the final quality is always getting worse !
May I send you data from my digital camera ?
We take exceptions to it but you can. Send us your data by e-mail and we will let you
know. The quality is very diverse in many cases. Just the quality of material influences
over the final print.
Is it possible to additionaly print to your QSL cards some remarks from laser or
ink printer ?
Our customers usually do it. QSL cards including lamino absolutely resist high temperature
in a furnace of laser printer. Regarding print by ink you should try it yourself before
but usually there is no problem. Ocasionally some types of printer little blur the print.
Will I pay for custom duty with acceptance of my QSL cards ?
Packages to EU are already cleared with the douane and all taxes are also paied. You will
pay no more taxes getting your QSL cards.
In other countries there are also no custom duties or these duties are exiguous. Levy of
VAT by your country tariff is very individual and different.
What is a guarantee of QSL cards ?
Clearly you can claim your complaint untill 12 months from an acceptance of your
QSL cards. There can be any reason of your dissatisfaction with your delivery but it is
very rare actually. Please don´t scare and inform us about your situation immediately. We
will closely judge your complaint and in a case that it will be rightful for the most part
we will make and send your QSL cards once more and free of charge.
